ABOUT
Females In Gaming (#FIG) is a non-profit organization developed by four college students whose goal is to bring equity, parity, and safety to the female-identifying employees of gaming companies. We want to have conversations about what needs to change for the betterment of our gaming industry.

Our website contains a news page about the gaming industry and its gender discrimination towards their female-identifying employees. There are articles that will inform and keep the audience up to date with lawsuits filed against these companies. Some articles have stories from female-identifying employees themselves speaking about their experiences. We also have a stories page where we have interviewed female-identifying employees ourselves.

Support our efforts by visiting our Redbubble page. All proceeds will be donated to Women in Games. Women in Games is a nonprofit organization. They help women who are in the industry. They fight against gender discrimination, exploitation, bullying and harassment towards women in every form.
