“Hey there! My name is Natalia Sandoval Marun. I am 20 years old.I am one of the founding members of #FIG. I am a designer. Spreading awareness about the inequality that women face in the world is very important to me, especially in the workplace. I want women who are facing these inequalities to know that they’re not alone and it is not going unnoticed.”
Co-Founder
David Frias
“My name is David Frias I am 22 and one of the members of #FiG, I'm a Graphic Designer and a gamer myself, even though I am a male I strive to ensure that women in the gaming industry don't have to face daily challenges with discrimination or abuse from coworkers. Video game development shouldn't be subject to gatekeeping because of someone's gender or race, and every worker should be paid equally for their positions and be based on their work, not any other factor.”
